We offer free shipping on all domestic orders over £500.

Non-promotional shipping rates are as follows:

• Overnight shipping within the United States is $40.0
• Shipping to Canada is $45.00 flat rate
• International shipping (to countries outside the US & Canada) is $75.00 flat rate

We hope you love your purchase from ROAM, however, if you would like to return an item for store credit please contact us and we will send you return instructions. Items purchased from ROAM may be returned for store credit within 14 days of receipt, provided they are in their original condition. All vintage items are final sale.

Please note, we reserve the right to deny returns if the items have been used, damaged, or do not meet our standards of return. All shipping fees are non-refundable unless product is determined to be defective or damaged. We recommend mailing your return with tracking and insuring the package. ROAM is not responsible if the returned package is lost or the item damaged in the mail.

We do not cover return shipping costs. If you would like to exchange for a different item, we will wait until the returned item is received before sending out the new item. Shipping fees will apply each time we ship to you. Please contact us with any questions before purchasing if you are uncertain about an item.
